Chief Fire Warden

When an emergency occurs within the workplace, someone must take charge. This resposibility falls on the Chief Warden (for healthcare facilties it is the Emergency Coordinator).

It is the role of the Chief Warden to ensure the emergency response procedures are undertaken, whilst they act as the main point of contact during the emergency to ensure everyone is evacuated safely. Chief Wardens, Deputies and Emergency Coordinators require thorough training and they should participant in refresher training every 6 months.

The training session you receive is conducted by a current career firefighter.

  • Liasing with emergency services

  • Coordinating emergency evacuations

  • Preventing emergencies

  • 1 hour

  • Training is delivered onsite to meet the needs of your organisation.

  • After hours training sessions are available 

  • This training can be ran in conjuction with Fire Warden and Fire Extinguisher training
